Under Peril Again

Yet again in America, Black Americans are under peril because of the hue of our skin. Black Americans like others in America encounter a variety of threats and concerns surrounding issues of safety and fear  many of course don’t have our legacy of being enslaved in America 

It is factual that in far too many Black American venues and zip codes the violence is internal, personal and destructive. Yet with regards to race our nation has a long and ugly violent legacy of violating sacred places and venues of Black Americans from churches to places of entertainment and shopping centers.

This latest threat and peril is historical and imbedded into the legacy of America where Black lives were defined as unworthy of dignity and legally per our most sacred document the constitution Black Americans were fractional human beings. Efforts by Insurrectionists are just as dangerous and destructive as those perpetrators of domestic violence against Black Americans.

Slavery brought with it fugitive slave laws, and the origins of the modern day police in America. Recently our capital  of the USA of America celebrated a holiday where slave owners were paid to free us and the IRS pushed back tax returns in homage to this racist celebration in our nation’s capital. 

We must confront yet another period in our country where Black Americans are under siege , in peril and in mortal fear for our lives. We must craft a series of national laws, national policies and plans that can be implemented timely to protect Black Americans.

The FBI has issue warnings to  religious facilities, historical sites as well as sporting events  as such I expect Black Americans should be given the same threat level alerts given that our visibility is more apparent and makes us more in peril than any other group or collective in America since slavery.

In the post industrial world we have cyber marketplaces that barters in electronic streams of hate driven commodities these same instruments of  ether commerce are used to cultivate and harvest hate and violence that frequently targets Black Americans.These websites weaponize adherents to become lethal human drone missiles with targeted scripts to kill and maimed  frequently minorities especially Black folks .

The way forward here is too look both ways events of the past inform present day currencies. Targeted bandwidths must have the ability and then capacity  to protect and save the lives of our families  and ourselves . 

The imperative here is to not only survive this perilous era of America but to reject, defeat and conquer any and all perils than endanger our humanity including those who seek to become Insurrectionists to those that are contaminated with hate on a mission to destroy

Americans at War with Americans

 The Department of Home Land Security does not work for many communities in America , in fact planes, buildings,events and other properties get more protection in America 

We have a major political party whose politics seek to promote Insurrection and electoral suppression politics and policies Yet the Department of Home Land Security ignores the GOP

The carnage in Buffalo was not a ‘one off’ when of late in America the volume of domestic terrorists cells and dogma are soaked in our internet streams 

Our police don’t ‘protect and serve’ instead they ‘aim and fire’ . Our courts can no longer be a force that articulates the inalienable rights of the agency of women in America… None can call on the Department of Home Land Security to protect their rights 

Major religious institutions in America surrender to partisan beliefs and hollow vessels of prayer rather than action which yields humanity and  righteousness for All including Non-Believers 

Media platforms engaged in ‘curated journalism and reporting ‘ they would rather chased down the latest diva and artificial hero than go ‘undercover ‘ 

What took place in Buffalo has/is/ continues to be America and the beat goes on …

The Myth of Crime in America

Of late once again in America there is a deliberate strategy and movement to define Black Americans as violent , criminal and tolerant of crime in our nation. The acceleration of political campaigns will augment this narrative as well.

Media platforms all across America are major contributors and carriers of these racist narratives as well as the politicians of all stripes. Communities of color also contribute to the exaggeration of crime via rumors, chatter and social gossiping.

Law enforcement agencies across the country are baked in faux and tainted data that create racial profiles of criminals based upon flawed historical records , reports and information that often results false arrests and high volumes of open case files 

There is no crime wave in America, in fact major crimes rates have been down in America for decades.  Homicides as well are down especially in major cities in America . The overwhelming majority of crimes in America involve property damage not personal injuries nor an  epidemic of criminal homicides .

The rate of ‘stranger danger’ is so minuscule it is difficult to even measure and chart, in fact most victims of assaults and homicides know their assailants . Random incidents of unlawful acts to people is just that random.The overwhelming majority of people in America will never become victims of crimes…Never

So then despite the facts that there is no demonstrable crime wave in America what is driving this curated fiction and disinformation with regards to crime in America? Is it just  the usual racism from the uber Right or is it an aspect of the pathologies of racism in America given our centuries old racist legacy? There clearly is no objective demonstrable case to be made that Crime in America is an epidemic in any venue in America!! 

Per the FBI and Homeland Security the most dangerous aggregate of people in America don’t look like me or other minorities nor does the insurrectionists/ domestic terrorists in America look like me or other minorities .

Understanding  the reality and facts about crime in America will make us safer. This basic fundamental approach in viewing and reacting to crime is more effective than any media coverage or any increase in police officers, cameras, surveillance, paramilitary gear  that exists now in America that portends  to keep us safe from crime .

Let’s start here to end the fear of crime in our communities and America ….

Resolution in Ukraine

 There is no shame in not playing the game it is as applicable in any competitive situation and even more significant and life altering when it is an option in a War

  Ukrainians have a right to defend themselves by any means necessary and this includes the option of being a neutrality and not engage Russia in a war

  Ukrainians can mediate a resolution with Russia that includes a declaration to not join NATO nor armed itself with nuclear warheads 

  Ukrainians don’t have to accept the carnage and destruction of their homeland to appease, appeal and agree to wage a war with Russia 

 Ukrainians are not obligated to defend or become a buffer for NATO in any situations nor are Ukrainians under any pledge or unilateral commitment to defeat Russia to secure the agreement USA and other nations have with NATO

 The sovereignty of Ukrainians belongs solely and only a decision by the people of Ukraine . It is better to live another day and not fight to die today

 Ukrainians deserve to consider and ultimately act on the options to declare its neutrality with Russia and stipulate to terms than enhances life , liberty and the pursuit of happiness

MIA in Ukraine

 MIA in Ukraine

I grew up in the inner city with sirens of violence that polluted the air…The stench of gun smoke was not far from my castle built on rent payments and where occupants fed on food stamps and hymns of love…

I have observed men and woman without the costumes of authority nor baked in impotent licenses,  hollow titles and credentials bring to an end carnage on my street... I am a living witness to these soliders of peace  equipped to disarm, disable and end violence …

There were no reporters , holographic themes of heroes and heroines… What I witnessed was the end of violence and grievance on the souls of dead Black Folks without wounded people and dead carcasses on the streets where I was born….

I am bringing up this history of mine because it is applicable now …None of these non violent apostles are present in the negotiations with Ukraine and Russia…

Empty suits stuffed with the titles of ambassadors and emissaries  none are architects of peace , the most important skill one must have on a mission to bring peace …

Where are those skilled in the chemistry of peace when these negotiations take place, How can a nation send missionaries to negotiate that are not skilled in the dance and art of peace?

I know where they are ….Many are sealed in coffins ignored by the recognition of history.. Many too have left words of wisdom to silence horrific sounds of war … 

They are here … Waiting for duty… .. So am I ……

Black Americans input MIA on Russia

 Consider this … 

Rarely is there ever a Black American in the media or on other platforms where our opinions on foreign policy is considered 

The current saga with Russia and the Ukraine is a classic example of where our voices are not only MIA but not even considered 

Historically this is a tradition of American politics during the Apartheid Era of South Africa there was never any conversations in our government about intervening in South America to end its oppression of its citizens and domination of neighbors nations 

During the genocide in Rwanda then President Clinton refuse to even contemplate an intervention to save lives

NATO and similar global collaborations have never intervened in America to assist Black Americans during our centuries of oppression

Russians matter more to Americans than Africans, Asians, Mexicans, Eskimos there is a theme here and a reason 

I see it .. Can U???

Hallow Journalism @ WAPO

 The sovereignty of America is anchored in our Constitution, the principles contained within its text and core anchors the foundational structure of our nation. Liberty and the freedom of expression which are critical to a nation’s sovereignty and can’t exist without the role of a vibrant  press/media.

The founders were aware of the power and influence of the media/press by acknowledging the press in its core manifesto structure. The citizens of a sovereign nation are empowered by a principled and transparent unencumbered press/media without a curated scripted journalistic agenda.

The fundamental operation of our government requires the ability of a nation’s people to challenge the government and other institutions at every level, this is achieved and accomplished with a press/ media as an interactive inquiry driven institution not a tool or conduit for the prevailing political politics.

WAPO is one of those threshold critical press/media institutions in our nation primarily aided by being centered in the capital of the USA. For decades WAPO languished in tolerating and even affirming racial inequalities and disparities in America… For decades it published endless accounts of shameful reporting which marginalized communities of color.... For decades WAPO engaged in racist exclusionary hiring practices which included the composition of its BOD and Executive Suite.

WAPO with its underachieving and mediocre journalistic legacy has yet to come close to being the template the Constitution scripted for our nation. The paper has not been awarded any Pulitzer Awards in years.

WAPO has ignored the Orwellian aspects of governance instead of reporting on internecine partisan politics that threatens the essence of democracy from within our borders, WAPO is soaked in continuous coverage of a former failed and unstable president who was MIA in a pandemic. No foreign power is flooding our communities with whisper campaigns baked in disinformation and propaganda. Treason driven republican's policies are transparent and commonplace in every state legislature in America 

Today our nation is facing a monumental crisis moment from within our borders. The press/media platforms like WAPO can’t continue to be impotent guardians of liberty and freedom.

Democracy dies in Darkness ……
