America is a wonderful country and I will hoist my Flag up in my truck as I do a drive by in the hood today

Unlike so many in America there is still love, respect and allegiance to America in Black America 

America is and will always be a sum of all of Americans there is no other structure, design nor reality in the world that can exist and prosper like America without Unity

Consequences

The absolute fear of competition and the end of entitlement is creating major tremors in White America from the domination of Asian-American students to the declining birth rate and diminished global respect for America 

America can’t prosper and develop when its assets are diminished and opportunities are limited and repressed especially for the most vulnerable and productive as our nation’s advances

This fragility which becomes more pronounced daily in America is truly transformative in a variety of real time situations, paradigms and structural foundations of America 

There will unfortunately be more of these collective racial extremes by the underdeveloped bandwidth in White America who twisted historical footprints in America has created this end of the empire for them 

Equality under the Law

 The White men who created the US Constitution drafted a racist and mediocre manifesto in fact it required 14 amendments to finally realize that Black people, Women and others were not fractional human beings nor were all human beings in America equals

Of course securing sovereignty and equality in America was no picnic , from Slavery to Separate but Equal to Disparate Treatment and other indignities , Equality under the law in America is not yet been fully achieved for All Americans 

Justice Jackson wrote, “Our country has never been colorblind. Given the lengthy history of state-sponsored race-based preferences in America, to say that anyone is now victimized if a college considers whether that legacy of discrimination has unequally advantaged its applicants fails to acknowledge the well documented ‘intergenerational transmission of inequality’ that still plagues our citizenry.”

We Shall Overcome

 For centuries in America there has been nothing but White racial identity narratives,attitudes and actions that seek to diminish our essence and being in America 

Every manner and iteration of White privileged and preferences was experienced by people of colour and Women in America 

Even after the amendments in our Constitution sought to end this racial pathologies of White America it continues today with this SC ruling 

Even when Whites were legally compelled to acknowledge the humanity and dignity of Non Whites it was no picnic ..

From racist segregation to racial disparate treatment and policies of both in the public and private sectors of America .. Freedom for us has been under assault 

To witness the continued privilege and discounting of Non Whites in our education systems is truly outrageous and shameful 

Of course it will only heighten the genius of Non White Americans like myself and others as we meticulously deconstruct every aspect of Whiteness and all of its derivatives in our nation 

We will continue to overcome…

Common Sense Matters 2

 It is fashionable of late to elevate books as some supreme ingredient in the science of acquiring knowledge and the like

For many the banning of books is the death of education and the end of the soul of culture in a civilized society 

Usually this inflated elevation of books is a required ritual in the spheres of academia, wealth and elite . Those in society that don’t get to have opinions of the subject of books are the same bandwidth of people the world never solicits their opinions about almost anything 

I protest and reject this regime of opinion and perspective. I rather champion the genius of shared gossip and conservation The life lessons that continue to yield substantive results are those I have experienced via discourse with others without reading a book.

Nothing in my library or books anywhere in the world written by the greatest writers of both non fiction and fictional classics will ever surpass or achieve the absolute genius I have accumulated from both gossip and conversation 

Let’s elevate and worship these human classics which transport wisdom, power and love via words in authentic exchanges and dialogue 

Human interaction has no peer nothing in the world can replicate, duplicate nor will ever compete with the knowledge, intellect, genius of humanity

Community Strategies with the Police

Over the years Plane Ideas with the assistance of the police and the community and other interested shareholders, activists and educators created and developed a series of interactive and outcome based police and community engagement programs to enhance the interconnectivity between the public and the police.

We have created the following paradigms and strategies/Programs:

-On Demand Safe Harbors(c)

 Police Stations as sanctuaries for citizens at risk, with user friendly assets from police safety tips, filing police reports, etc, etc 

-Hood Eyes(c)

Programs that create dialogue and discourse between citizens and the police regarding potential ‘hot spots’ crime tips, threat information . Ex Criminal speaking topics on imprisonment, violence, gang recruitment , etc etc 

-Community Cadets(c)

Program that takes in the youth of the community and makes them police cadets with uniforms and classes on safety, traffic ordinances, juvenile laws and including award ceremonies 

-Gun Safety Programs 

Program which teaches ‘Gun Safety’ including speakers from hospitals, funeral homes and law enforcement agencies 

Plane Ideas will create these programs from the ground floor with participating police departments.
