Just had a fascinating dialogue with a liberal White professor on the issues surrounding the troubling trending spectrum and development of bigotry and contempt in liberal venues not conservative venues but liberal venues
In a nut shell he articulated to me that White Liberals are tired of the constant focus on diversity and race in America and they are getting annoyed and tired of the fixation on Race now in America
After letting him rant I offered my Big Ben Clock metaphor:
There are 24 hours in a day and for 23 hours and 45 minutes America has been consumed with Whiteness in every possible situation in every possible iteration for centuries
Black Americans now have 15 minutes to alter the very essence of this centuries old pathological nature of Whiteness in America

Our press has over its existence destroyed the social fabric of neighborhoods and property values of Non White homeowners with reporting that demonized immigrants and minorities seeking to integrate segregated communities....
Media platforms in America have contributed to hijacking our elections with massive political advertising and the checkbooks of politician’s lobbyists...
On topics involving the intersection of race and crime it has polluted discourse with the vile and decisive commentaries of twisted racist and sexist pundits ....
Today it is active in fermenting violence and distrust in our communities as the nation awaits the Floyd verdict. The press continues to allege White Americans are on edge and has all but scripted a violence driven reaction by Black Americans if the verdict is one of Not Guilty .....
The press is not worthy of its iconic status and stature in our US Constitution . The press of late in America is driven not by being guardians of freedom and related speech but by scripted propaganda, disinformation and fiction over facts...

Open Letter to Police of America
We need your help, the relationship between the police and citizens of America especially those of color is in a very fragile and crisis situation...There is fear and apprehension in our collective relationships and interactions . Our trust levels are in a spiral meltdown. We don’t need an ‘uncivil war’ within America between the police and the people of America ....We have to create a not only mutual and impactful respect for each other , We must explore and develop real time narratives and systemic policies that will impact the culture of policing.The way forward must mitigate and end the adversarial breach of trust that currently exists in our nation between the police and our communities.We must create a blueprint that delivers peace and the end to this ‘uncivil war’ that now exists in America between the police and selective communities in America....My community needs the police to police the police. We need those in uniform to stop the hate, fear and unlawful acts of policing in our communities . We know it is futile to ‘fix’ the police from the ‘outside’... We come in peace to create a body of peace otherwise the nation will implode and collapseMy community has a role as well. We must end the behaviour and conduct within our community firewalls that fosters and creates fear , tension and anxiety for the police in America.....Families on both sides of this uncivil war want to go home without the casualties of a ‘uncivil war’. We can’t continue to weather these killings, protests and a state of 24/7 fear and anxiety in the streets of America between those who take and oath to ‘protect and serve ‘ and its citizenry ...Let’s save America together
