Evil Governments

 There are on our planet incredibly evil governments with leaders and operatives that don’t value humanity. Some of these governments exist in every hemisphere on earth and for many of its citizens there is no safe harbor or spaces which protect them from their own governments 

 Many governments operate outside its sovereign borders and wage campaigns of violence and inhumane acts that seek an erasure of communities and collectives without any principles nor regard for the violence they perform on people including babies, children, women and a host of other innocent people. 

 These evil governments wage sophisticated campaigns and messaging that is grounded in falsehoods , misinformation, fiction and outright propaganda . There is boundaries nor red lines that calibrate their evil and contempt for humanity.

 These evil governments share their evil with partnerships with other nations that legitimize and contribute to these governments by supplying military weapons and arms as well as political support and cover in the UN and international tribunals that seek to make crimes against humanity unlawful and illegal and punished with appropriate universal sanctions 

Evil that are designed and structured in this manner can be defeated but it requires rejection, objection and global protest and political pressure from countries that value humanity 

False Flags

Our college venues are more hostile to women and minorities than any religious group . The notion that our colleges are riddled with antisemitism is  disinformation and propaganda driven by lobbyists for Israel and those who seek to silence constructive criticism of Israel’s inhumane war against Palestinians in GAZA

Political protests have always existed especially in America and on our college venues ,the efforts to silence Academic Freedom and criticism of Israel ‘s inhumane war against Palestinians in GAZA that has killed over 35,000+ Palestinians the majority of whom are children and women deserves to be challenged and rejected wherever it surfaces in America 

These protests against the war in GAZA by Israel with US support must continue anywhere and everywhere in America .

To remain silence in the presence of such human deprivation is Un-American.

Antisemitism is not an explanation 4 everything

White Americans during our racial divide in America have often declared that racism is not an explanation for everything and this is not only true but this sentiment is also true with regards to Antisemitism in America 

Antisemitism is not the explanation to everything from the inhumane war in Gaza against Palestinians to the suppression of criticism of Israel nor justification of the assault on Academic Freedom in our colleges and universities and war places in both the public and private sectors of America 

Humanity is not a political entity nor a commodity to be negotiated and treated as something to trade for, Humanity is a natural right that is the sovereignty of every human being in the world 

The presence of Antisemitism does not negate the existence of Humanity nor does it make it more important than Humanity especially in a War

DEI Part 2

Of late in America there is a campaign to get rid of DEI in all of its iterations in our educational institutions and in the marketplace both the public and private sectors.

Ignore this siren call, In fact one should challenge and construct a detailed series of facts and documents that establish the utility of DEI while also addressing in detail the arguments against DEI.

Rather than summarily dismiss those who articulate the sometimes hateful rhetoric that DEI is not necessary and in some twisted narrative is anti White and UnAmerican and  not needed in a post racial America. One constructive approach would be to enlist those who oppose DEI in articulating what they believe is conducive for a united DEI reality and implementation in our nation, this strategy can mitigate friction with colaboration.

One of the hidden obstacles to DEI is often the inability of its proponents to make get pass the  proponents of the end of DEI in America as just a racial barrier they are not just conservatives but also progressives and religious types.

Those who occupy the C suites in America know that diversity and inclusion are productive and has profitable utility but that alone is not sufficient. Yes coordination of political cheerleading is necessary in the still fading Trump Era of America.

In this strategy there opportunities for on line dialogues, meet and greet DEI centered topics and collective intercultural, interracial and class and religious exchanges that highlight DEI.

The end objective is the continuation of the evolution of America  with the realization there simply cannot be America without DEI.

The War against Academic Freedom

The critics of Academic Freedom forced the resignation of its historic Black Woman President simply because she declared genocide was wrong for all people instead of expressly stated Jewish people!!!

MAGA platforms in America contributed to the false and destructive narrative that antisemitism was everywhere in America and that Black Americans were inherently antisemitic despite millions of Black Americans around the world R Jewish!!

Presently in our Congress the House Education Committee is conducting a national witch hunt to label and discredit students, professors , organizations who are critical of Israel’s inhumane war in Gaza against Palestinians.

This hunt for people who value open dialogue and constructive criticism of Israel is both UnAmerican and shameful. It is a direct assault on the principles of Academic Freedom and it seeks to silence rigorous debates on the ethics of War against people who simply want to live but are viewed as the enemy of the nation of Israel because they are Palestinians 

The campaign to conflate Palestinians as Hamas is just as wrong as the campaign to conflate criticism of Israel as antisemitism and end Academic Freedom in our Colleges and Universities in America

The endless excuses, deflections, ridiculous rationality, narratives, conflation of Hamas with Palestinians will never make this equation true or equal nor Right

When I add the destruction, displacement and violence associated to this equation it only gets more unequal

Biden, Trump , MAGA, Apologists for Israel can’t make this equation equal

4 too long Palestinians lives have not been equal to Israelis

Leadership

Many of my Jewish friends and family are ashamed of the politics of the lobbyists 4 Israel from their attacks on Black Elected Officials who condemn the inhumane war in Gaza by Israel to the curated and vile campaign that conflates Black Americans as Anti- Semitic 

It is extremely disturbing on so many levels and layers of the relations between Black Americans and Jewish Americans in our country 

Black Americans created the Civil Rights Movement in America where Jewish-Americans and others have benefited from … Black Americans have contributed to the wealth of many Jewish Americans in a variety of enterprises and relationships in America which has not come close to being reciprocal 

To observe MAGA/ Conservatives influence over prominent Jewish Americans is quite disturbing 

Thankfully the most powerful Jewish American in our Congress finally stepped up and condemned the war monger leader of Israel while also advocating for elections is Israel was truly transformative and long overdue

‘State Rights’ Redux

 Only in America is there celebrations over the end of programs that seek to promote, improve and affirm diversity, equity and inclusion in our country 

Once again the racist governance policy of ‘State Rights’ is now the law in Florida a state with a inhumane legacy towards minorities especially Black Americans that hung from the trees in Florida under the ‘color of law’ in Florida

The government of Florida is in violation of not only numerous federal civil rights regulations but also the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution 

This pass week the SCOTUS ruled that a state in America cannot overturn a Constitutional Amendment 

The implementation of ‘State Rights’ that denies the constitutional protections of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness includes the the governance objectives of DEI ‘s programs, protocols and policies is a violation of our US Constitution 

I expect the US Constitution will reject the State of Florida’s unlawful termination of its DEI program, protocols and governance objectives 

P I looks forward to supporting Black plaintiffs in Florida and their lawsuits against Florida arising out of this blanket violation of their 14th Amendment rights.

Big Ben Racial Clock

Our country has experienced centuries of racism in very iteration, form, shape and structure and reality. In our country there has been various reactions to the racism including individual objections to public organizations engaging in activities and policies which seek to end racism in our society 

One recent approach has been in the corporate and public sector in the work place, where company and other institutions in our country have created formal policies, procedures, protocols to end racism in their operations and staffing practices programs and related activities and services

DEI stands for diversity, equity, and inclusion. It's the umbrella term for the programs, policies, strategies, and practices that implement a company's mission to create and sustain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment that respects and accommodates every employee's: Ethnicity.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY, INCLUSION, is the objective and platforms and processes and programs are now under attack by Americans who reject DEI and other initiatives that enhance and encourage DEI 

DEI is a logical and natural extension of the CR Movement in America, it takes centuries of change to overcome centuries of White Supremacy and Racial Regressive policies, politics and behaviors etc etc etc 

My favorite metaphor is the Big Ben one I created years ago in my lectures on the racial underdevelopment of White America 

‘It is now 23 hours and 45 minutes in the racial underdevelopment in America under the stewardship of White America , Black America and Minorities have 15 minutes to engage in racial transformative change before a new day begins in the racial narrative of America 

From the Civil Rights Era to now the DEI Era of America the nation ‘s racial clock is ticking

The End of Conservatism

Conservatism is a static and obsolete ideology, it never evolves or adapts to reality and as a result it becomes increasingly a circular ideology that never advances 

Nature laws requires constant adjustments, adaptations and changes to ignore this reality is a prescription to an end 

Conservatism is on its late rites in fact for decades now it has been ghost in the machine unable to construct a coherent and constructive ideology that appeals to the reality of a world in a state of constant change and challenges 

Conservatism peaked decades in America during the beginning of a post industrial period in America to the on going post racial society in America 

Conservatives themselves seem to reflect a following in a state of confusion coupled with the inability to develop ideas that advance the challenges that has confronted an America in a state of flux

Conservatives apparently have convinced themselves to not only retreat but surrender to change and challenges of a new world order rather than embrace and advance an ideology that demands interaction and exchange with whatever reality presents 

I welcome the transformation of Conservatism to become  Substantivism (c) is an ideology similar to practically and utility in real world situations 

Substantivism (c) acknowledges the reality of the moment and addresses a ideology and philosophy that solves problems, issues , disconnections and dysfunction within fact based analysis that yields practical and meaningful benefits at that very moment with an interactive and intervention by not just the political and corporate interests and paradigms but constructs created by people with the only agenda of outcomes that are functional and results in solutions and yields for all 

The birth of Substantivism begins now ..

Race Baiter

Being an activist in America has never been an activity that  endures hearty compliments and offers of free lunches and invites to prestigious conferences and graduation ceremonies 

There is quite a lot of preparation, research and studying to achieve the mastery and maximum outcome of one’s agenda and objective as an Activist. It is important to be able to express humor ,wit, creativity, logic , timing as well as the instincts to respond to situations and topics that generate criticism of one’s activism .

Quite often being an Activist especially on Race and Social Justice issues generates the worst of people and reactions including visceral insults, ridicule, abuse and even death threats.

In the public arena of Race one of the oldest insults is being called a ‘Race Baiter’ In fact I view this insult as one of my greatest compliments and reactions from my adversaries and those who don’t share my views on Race.

It is crucial to research and collect the very best and most credible data, information and statistics on Race especially when one is seeking to offer recommendations and ideas that drive an end to a racist policy or behaviors.

People who resent equality and opportunity for all regardless of one’s race, gender, religion, nationality, ethnicity etc etc must be challenged and where warranted condemned. 

As such the reaction  of being attacked as a ‘Race Baiter is an acknowledgement for the Activist they are on target

College Memory

 When I was in college @ MSU , I was having a rough day and while I was walking back to my apartment from the window of a dorm a bunch of White students yelled from the window.     

                   ‘Nigger U don’t belong here’

There was no DOE investigation on campus about racism a towards Black students.. No TV commercials about racism on college campuses towards Black students 

I was not White, Jewish, Privileged nor did I have a foreign nation ( Israel) and its lobbyists and wealthy patrons to pressure MSU or the DOE.

I had to rely on all the wisdom my parents taught me and all of the streets of Detroit to inform me on how to respond to this racist shit!

I went all in , I ran into the dorm and I tried to knock the hinges off that room’s door.. I yell in my loudest voice these MF crackers called me a GD Nigger!!

That night and literally for a month every day , I sent pizzas, room complaints, fire alarm alerts to that dorm room 

Finally I called the students in the room ( back then all students phones were published). .. Every student in that room begged me to stop and I got every apology ever created in the world!!!!

Today, when I lecture or write about how to address racism that is personal, I tell this tale and I counsel to my audience never ever turn away from hate wherever/whenever it enters your life 

Of course I graduated with Cum Laude Honors

 A non-profit research group called Mapping Police Violence recently released their updated database for 2023. And while the data is imperative and meaningful – it's also not surprising. We also must remember that this data is based on public and reported records and that there are likely countless victims of police brutality that the state has managed to cover up.

Here are some of the key takeaways from the database:

• Black people are the demographic most likely to be killed by the police
• Black people are 3x as likely to be killed compared to white people
• Black people are 1.3x as likely as white people to be unarmed
• 95% of America's major city police departments kill Black people at higher rates than white people
• Most killings by police begin with traffic stops, mental health checks, and non-violent offenses – times where no crime was alleged

Weaken Sovereignty

There was absolutely no reason nor foundation for the force resignation of Dr. Gay but for the politics of a foreign nation influence in America which sought to silence criticism of Israel’s war of vengeance and revenge against innocent Palestinians in Gaza!

There was absolutely no basis for a US Congressional Hearing which only targeted women presidents of elite Private Colleges in America with the objective to silence criticism of Israel and Academic Freedom on American college campuses 

Observing our domestic politics surrendering to the will of a foreign nation ( Israel) at war amounts to an attack on our sovereignty 

America must not ever allow such brazen acts of disrespect and disregard for our democracy ever again.

 My Letter to Harvard Crimson and NY Times

Dr. Claudine Gay was Harvard’s first Black President, She was forced to resigned because she refused to genuflect to the politics of Americans who supported Israel in its inhumane war against Palestinians in Gaza.

Gay was punished and sanctioned for not elevating the ‘chosen ‘ people of America in the manner they demanded from Gay as President of Harvard! Gay refused to suppress Academic Freedom @ Harvard which was a significant strategic policy of those which sought to suppress Academic Freedom at Harvard and the critics of Israel ‘s war of revenge and vengeance in Gaza towards innocent Palestinians .

Gay was an example of a reality in America that Black Americans still are discounted and subjected to the bigotry of low expectations and are still not worthy of absolute citizenship/leadership in America especially at the most prestigious educational institution in America.

What Gay experienced in America will only harden the racial , cultural and religious and societal divide in America especially the fractured relationship between White Jews and Black Americans across the spectrums of relations and intersections between America’s most prominent minority communities
