General Welfare

The  Preamble of the US Constitution requires that our government has a duty for the ‘General Welfare’ of the people 

The government is not the enemy of the people of the United States as such any government policies and proposals have to be in the interests of the ‘General Welfare’ of the people of the United States 

In this regard every EO by Trump must be legally challenged to affirm that they are not against the ‘General Welfare’ of the people of the United States 

Every citizen has the constitutional right to exercise to sue the government to make sure they are in compliance and abide by the ‘General Welfare’ of the citizens of the United States

I will object and reject any government edicts by Trump that violate this constitutional duty of the United States government and any governance mandates, protocols and policies

America is mine

 I am getting some criticism of my activism and postures about the Trump Regime II

For too long in America my community and others tolerated an unspoken narrative that only White Americans loved America 

Many White Americans also held the false beliefs that they were more important and had more priority and vested interests in America than certainly minorities and others

Of course many Whites believed their customs, traditions, patriotism and like was theirs alone . White Americans created a hierarchy of American citizenship which always included only them at the apex, this unfortunately was a narrative for centuries in America

America’s ugly and violent and dishonorable history was not the only aspect of America that mattered of course . 

America was also the landscape of incredible achievements and outcomes generated by not just White Americans but the collective who also made these were migrants and the those without a political party .

Those who dared to challenge and engage in their America was frequently then and now confronted with horrific consequences 

From the Indigenous Peoples , Slaves, Immigrants , Migrants and Others they shared the belief that America was theirs as well 

I have always shared it as well… This is my country and I will exercise any and all of my rights and freedoms to affirm this including my capacity and ability to articulate my criticisms of the Trump Regime II

I am not only an American but a Human Being a Black American and as such I will continue to pursue life, liberty and happiness 24/7 in America regardless of who is the POTUS

Yes for all of my critics , I am not going anywhere expect more from me

In Peril Again

 In Peril Again

Yet again in America, Black Americans are under peril because of the hue of our skin. 

The threat now has origins in our White House. The attacks on DEI officials in various government departments and agencies is destructive and threatens the lives of government employees.

This latest threat and peril is historical and now more sophisticated than the fugitive slave laws 

We must confront yet another period in our country where Black Americans are in peril not from external or foreign threats but internally by edicts from our government elected officials.

We must craft a series of national laws, national policies and plans that can be implemented timely to protect Black Americans in government work places and venues that seek to insert AI applications to eliminate jobs and careers 

In the post industrial world we have cyber marketplaces that barters in electronic streams of hate driven commodities these same instruments of ether commerce are used to cultivate and diminish the economic gains of not only government employees but also venues and enterprises that have contractual relationships within the private sector 

What is so insidious about this new peril to Black Americans is these policies were the harvest of some Black voters !

So many misguided Black Americans have and continue to weaponize politicians who are our adversaries not advocates 

The way forward here is too look both ways events of the past inform present day realities . We have the receipt the backlash triggered by the ‘Reconstruction period of America 

The imperative here is to not only survive this perilous era of America but to reject, defeat and conquer any and all perils than endanger our humanity including those within and outside our communities.

Staying Flexible in Hate

 Now the private sector is engaging the same attacks on DEI by removing any and all of its influence and presence in their operations 

The response to this is complex as such it requires Black Americans to be strategic  and situational in our reactions

This is not the CR Era again but it is still another iteration of exclusionary practices and policies 

Protests and Boycotts in some situations are effective in others they hurt the minorities especially Black Americans employ with these companies 

What is of importance now is our reactions , We get to observe the companies that were never sincere nor principled about DEI

We are also lucrative market for many companies as well many companies flounder with our or business in a variety of areas and operations 

Stay tune for some new age reactions and strategies to this new reality to the same racist polices and practices in America 

Black Americans are resilient and extremely verse in living , surviving and pursuing life, liberty and happiness in the very worst of America

Constitutional Defects

The US Constitution has always been a flawed and defective it sanctioned Slavery and also defined Black peoples as fractional human beings 

Additionally it provided unlimited power to elected officials especially the Presidency 

We have observed this destructive aspect of the constitution’s shortcomings in a variety of areas none as dangerous and destructive as those it licensed to the office of the Presidency 

To often Americans have lauded our constitution as being a master piece of a governance template when it fact it never was 

Focused not Hysteria is the way forward

It is critical that during the Trump Regime II in America that We not become fixated and in a state of hysteria and crisis in our history in America there has always been situations and times where our community has been targeted and subjected to endless iterations of oppression and contempt for our sovereignty and citizenship in America 

We have not surrendered or retreated from these conditions in fact We have continued to survive , develop and prosper. The way forward here is to continue to engage and exercise our lives in the manner that advances our life, liberty and pursuit of happiness 

We recommend a number of strategies to confront the challenges of a Trump Regime II in America

Jewish Angst over DEI

Some of the biggest critics and supporters of banning DEI in America especially in academia are Jewish professors, students and their families 

Jewish Americans overwhelmingly self identify as White which contributes to this contempt for DEI

Many of them frequently seek to insert false allegations that DEI pursuits are Antisemitism which is not true but an effective poster board to gain support with MAGA types And 

Black Americans and other minorities who have been allies in Civil Rights with Jews in America find this narrative is truly offensive and extremely disturbing and disappointing.

Of course minorities especially Black Americans can’t hide behind their hue even though many Jews in America are  Black people and Non-Whites.

This moment in history between Jews and Blacks is very fragile and once again it is true that Race trumps’ Religion in America 

What constitutes concerns especially in Black America is the spectrum of so many Americans in 2025 that resent DEI 

The is even more personal when many of these Haters have a history of alliance and support for Civil Rights and all of its derivatives.

To observe the selfishness and betrayal by other minorities is disgraceful and disturbing.

The ease in how so many people who claim to value inclusion and all of its outcomes is staggering 

Once again this is a ‘reveal’ moment in America to observe who was really sincere and committed to an America for All

1. National Police Hub: A ranking of the top police departments in every state in America which provides an evaluation and assessment of police departments from their policing policies to staffing recruitment and effectiveness 

2. Risk Assessment Monitoring: A detailed a detail review and assessment of the of the policies and practices of the new Trump administration in our White House how it impacts and effects our lives at both the macro and micro levels

RESISTERS

 Once again far too many Americans have  embrace the narratives of revenge, retaliation, retribution and now repression against immigrants and its usual suspects minorities and women 

There is glee in the air and a twisted thirst for a society that has little regards for civility and tolerance and democracy 

Trump has empowered the DOJ to prosecute those who don’t share his lust for loyalty. Trump’s enablers in our government are swollen with power 

Soon Americans will start looking for its neighbors that don’t want to participate in Trump’s version of America ‘s gestapo 

People like me and others are now at risk because our loyalty is to America not Trump

Of course it is people like me that will be our nation’s saviors , We are the best of America

Palestinians Matter

Watching Media platforms in America report on the ceasefire in Gaza is truly disturbing 

From the PBS to ABC, NBC, CBS and others intentionally ignored the reality that over 47,000+ innocent Palestinians were killed by Israel with US Military support once again I am ashamed of being an American 

It is unequivocal fact that the lives of Palestinians are not equal to the lives of Israelis It is obvious from the media reporting and our government that Palestinians simply don’t have the same humanity to respect or value.

Yet again the US government values certain people and governments over others in fact here even in America our government and society have always valued White Americans over Non-White Americans the same narrative exists in this war in Gaza.

Immigration Considerations

Plane Ideas staff has been tasked to explore some innovative immigration  options and pursuits

One consideration what happens when the birth rate of immigrants dwindles?

Considerations:

1. Incentives to Retirees to return to labor market on a fixed hourly rate

2. Amend Child Labor Laws to permit younger workers for designated labor hours 

3. Reduce work hours and operating hours of businesses, schools work places 

4. Creative tax credits for retirees to return to work on a limited basis 

5. Allow surrogacy pregnancies to populate nations as labor pools

6. Increase employment opportunities and perks for non-violent inmates 

7. Reduce military service and add a fixed employment duty available to businesses 

8. Provide living quarters, educational stipends for students to work in designated government projects 

9. Mandatory educational courses and curriculums on immigration law 

10. Private sector tax credits to create brain storming clinics on immigration strategy and work

Applauding DEI in the Marketplace

 I want to share my respect for Costco and its reaction and posture towards DEI as our nation approaches another Trump presidency 

Unfortunately the cowardice and absence of principles and integrity and respect for DEI in America is present in many private companies which have retreated from DEI in their companies 

It is equally shameful to know our Federal and State governments are also retreating from the values and practices of DEI

Centuries of the absence and regards for DEI hopefully won’t require centuries of DEI practices in America 

I want to specifically acknowledge and appreciate White Americans in particular that support DEI!!!
