This day in Trump influenced America, is a state of emergency for far too many Americans have surrendered to the regressive ideology that incentivizes loyalty and compliance to Trump which inspires people to seek approval when Trump engages in vengeance, revenge and acts of twisted 

Into the void of this madness are supporters of Trump, who encourage his tyranny with adoration and allegiance without regards for principle, ethics, morality or decency in fact being audacious for the sake of proving one’s loyalty to the Regime is admission into the Regime 

The rules of today are driven by politics and then politics there is no need for reason or logic in this Trump Regime 2.0

The only way forward now is to actively engage, encourage and support the opposition to the Trump Regime 2.0 appeasement, compromise, retreat nor surrender will bring this tyrant to an end

No Excuses for Inhumanity

The war between Jews and Arabs is centuries old and it continues today the recent killings of two Israeli Embassy workers is horrifying and tragic of course 

Because of the endless war between Jews and Arabs that has contaminated any reasoned discourse  it requires one that has an opinion about the killings of Jews and Arabs to frequently issue disclaimers especially in America when one dares to insert the killings of innocent Palestinians and Jews  by both Hamas and Israel’s forces one has to be prepared to be attacked and criticized by both Jews and Arabs in America 

There is no safe harbor that exists in this endless war between Jews and Arabs anywhere on Earth even in the universe of opinions

Yet it is incumbent on people who value humanity and peace to not be silenced by the supporters, apologists and followers of both Jews and Arabs 

The world cannot be mute when innocents human beings are killed simply because they are Jews or Arabs 

There is never any excuse  for any killings of innocent human beings on Earth

The Emergence of State Rights

The deconstruction of our federal government is a massive proposition and the country is experiencing this with the Trump Regime 2.0

This paradigm is  not only ideological and political of course but it’s objective is create a government that is driven by political agendas and not grounded with principles and values 

Historically in our nation the role of the state and its governance was punitive for Black Americans and other minorities .

One approach the nation needs to explore is to expand the role of our state governments which will of course require more taxes from citizens since the federal government is being downgraded and diminished by the Trump Regime so should our federal taxes accordingly.

I can’t believe how quickly those I viewed as supporting DEI collapsed and capitulated to Trump’s Anti-DEI and Deportations with such tepid resistance 

From the DEMS to traditional Civil Rights Orgs to the and Religious leaders  including media platforms , academic institutions and prominent individuals.

In fact of late when I encounter White Progressives across the spectrum I have trust fragility and it is disturbing in 2025 and my age 

I thought these White Americans were sincere about Civil Rights 

WTF!!!!!

The 14th Amendment under Attack

 Regarding the issue of Freedom and Sovereignty in America for Non-Whites in my particular situation as a Black American in the Trump Regime 2.0

I know that centuries have passed and the issue of Race and Equality has what my elders would say ‘We have come a long way’  that America is in the rear view mirror … To which I opine ‘I think not’

Today in 2025 the SCOTUS is considering a challenge to the 14th Amendment ( One of the most powerful amendments in our Constitution particularly for Americans and others that are not White, it addresses citizenship rights and equal protection under the law at all levels of government) 

In contrasting Obama and Trump’s presidency , Fuck that broken narrative, I opine that Obama was still living in the twilight aura of racial inequality and double standards .

Trump /MAGA included essentially does and says whatever the Fuck he wants whenever/wherever a licensed that Obama never really exercised nor to be honest most of Black America

I now am of the mind set in 2025 that Obama should have never put on that racial rope around his neck and today in 2025 no Black Americans should as well 

I refused to be delegated to a place that is not of my choice and prerogative nor will I ever subscribe to the restraints of ‘White Arithmetic ‘aka work 3 times harder or stay in my place and stop being so assertive and aggressive aka things are getting better tiresome racial equation employed to calibrate our progress and growth in America 

Nope not ever going to do that especially now in the face of the Trump MAGA Era in America 

Now is the time to push all the limits and firewalls in America from acts of ‘Good Trouble ‘to states of personal consciousness and a personal sovereignty that is full blown not calibrated to appease and pander 

The state of America in 2025 is not about accommodation nor code switching but full blown resistance to create a existence that has no limits or restrictions

Inconvenient Facts and Truths

 With regards to Race in our country there are inconvenient facts and truths in our nation’s history especially in our government as well as our society 

White Americans created racial identity and all of its racist derivatives from segregation to racial preferences, our US Constitution sanctioned Slavery and defined Black Americans as fractional human beings 

Indigenous People , Woman, Hispanics and others were erased from the constitution in fact the cowardly bigoted White men who drafted the racist constitution frequently inserted euphemisms to avoid mentioning Black Slaves and Slavery

Presently in our nation there is a raw display of this racist legacy once again in our government with Trump’s racist edicts recently Trump fired another Black Women as the country’s librarian 

Our military academies are purging and erasing Black American authors, icons and historical figures solely because of Trump’s racist Executive Orders 

The rush to adhere and be in compliance of Trump’s racist edicts by government officials is as disturbing as the racist edicts of Trump

Soon there will be a complete elimination of all Black Americans in the public records and public domain, including icons like MLK , Rosa Parks , Thurgood Marshall and others but only if We don’t object !!!

To witness such cowardice , hypocrisy and surrender is disturbing and unfortunately continues not with regrets but with a sense of glee and eagerness 

Soon and not later Americans will confront on demand requests for their ‘papers’

Soon and not later the deportations that are assaulting the safety of people who don’t look like MAGA or share the religious beliefs of Judaism and Christianity will now  be expanded 

Sexual Identity, Partisan Politics and of course the RACE on an American will be triggered and when that happens in America the collapse of our republic will end
