Regarding the Detroit Mayoral Election and its outcome , Only in an America can a 2nd place loser declare victory.

The  mayoral primary results were appropriate and warranted. Voters are not obligated to vote nor support lousy candidates

Regarding DCC candidates overall they reflect a mediocre collective of choices and once again it reveals and contributes to why this voter turnout was so meager and disappointing.

Whistett represents the very worse of  DCC candidates her pandering to Trump and her self admission of not securing more educational credentials is not the Black Women Template anytime and anywhere in America

I am seriously considering return to Detroit to secured an elected position in a local, state or federal arena, the citizens, residents and others in the city/state  deserve the caliber and character of  my life’s experiences and activism as I age out of circulation and existence.

Repost for a Detroit Voter

Voters are foundational pillars/anchors  of a society that is governed by elected officials 

Voting and Voting Rights are also foundational pillars /anchors of a society 

It is also true and foundational that there is no obligation to vote nor vote for lousy candidates and referendums simply because there is an election 

Voting can be overrated and an exercise in the futility of voting for the ‘lesser of two evils’ and impotent equation that is often inserted into elections where the candidates are lacking and the like

Far too community issues that require addressing don’t require voting nor elections in fact the insertion of politics and politicians become obstacles to solutions and communities.

Many citizens , residents, and various grass level associations do moblize themselves to get problems addressed without the intervention of politicians and local government bureaucrats and workers 

Presently in our nation our government and far too many elected officials are our adversaries not the advocates for our communities 

Today in America the policies and activities of our government are as destructive and problematic as the problems faced by our communities 

Voting is not the best nor the appropriate response to communities in this Era of America’s governance on all levels local to state to federal government

‘ I don’t know U nor any of your personal circumstances.. I post a variety of political and social comments on FB because I am an activist 

I don’t require your consent or permission to express my views including political opinions about elections and candidates 

U R immature and clearly can’t tolerate opinions that don’t reflect yours

U were wrong to make my comments personal on FB personal 

No one is obligated to read or respond to my content and comments 

Now if your feelings are hurt go talk to your pastor not me
