America is not collapsing

I am not giving much weight to all of the doomsday voices in fact  I don’t observe democracy collapsing instead I observe democracy reacting to reality like it has done for centuries in America 

I believe in the capacity of people in America to make a difference whether it is involves civil rights or women rights whether it is poverty or excess

I believe in the institutions of America to withstand attacks from both within and outside of America
