One of our nation’s historical shortcomings is how our government and private sector has refused to value and integrate the genius of minorities into its policy and business strategies 

Rarely are minorities given the opportunity to articulate and create in the government areas ideas and models for our nation’s foreign policies and corporations 

There is never a situation where the genius of conflict resolution involves strategic perspectives of minorities to bring global wars and peace into reality 

The usual suspects are White Men with mediocre talents and hollow ideas which never create substantive outcomes 

America’s global impact and influence is weathered and impotent , with the Trump Administration the theme is isolation and the construction of a fortress America which is driven by attacks on immigration and internally a government that diminishes diversity and inclusion 

This regression produces reliance on diminishing the genius of multicultural and pluralistic perspectives inside our government 

Rather that evolve and grow the genius of a government that has a global impact based upon a foundation with pillars of diverse genius and intellectual capacity presently the Trump model makes our government our adversary just like our traditional allies are now positioned as our adversaries 

The Shrinking of America creates a trajectory of a nation in decline and lacking the capacity to reach any pinnacles of consequence that benefits the world

Cowards in the White House

 In the presence of unprecedented acts of government sanctioned racism and bigotry by our President Trump not one living previous POTUS,  has invoked nor inserted their condemnation of any of the public statements of bigotry and racism by President Trump!!!!

Given the magnitude and prestigious role that our presidents play in our government and the continued sovereignty and legacy of our presidents to witness the act of cowardice by both the Bush Presidents , President Clinton, President Obama and President Biden is truly deplorable, disgraceful and outrageous!!!!!

Of course citizens like myself and others will not be silent in the face of such despicable acts of hate , bigotry and racism by President Trump

I therefore as a American Citizen in the United States of America hereby without any reservations condemned President Trump for his hateful conduct and behavior as POTUS

Hate lives in the POTUS

America in particular many in  White America have no problem with Trump’s endless contempt for immigrants especially those from countries with Non-White citizens 

Trump’s vile attacks on Somolia in the public square was extremely vicious and quite disturbing especially towards Congresswoman llham Omar

Of course this racism and bigotry is not the hate of just those in White America unfortunately this same disgusting bigotry and racism towards immigrants is also present in both Non-White communities as well as immigrant communities frequently targeted by Trump’s hateful verbiage 

It is incumbent upon that whenever this despicable behavior is expressed in both private and public venues it must be condemned not just from the communities which are targeted by Trump’ 

We can’t  never tolerate hate and racism especially when its origins are frequently in our White House and other government agencies public officials

The wonderful of Holidays

 Holidays in America are welcomed for a variety of reasons including the obvious ones that center around family and food

Thanksgiving this year in America is extra special because of the destructive politics of our government because of the Trump Administration policies which have made our government our adversary 

Many in America today or suffering from civil fatigue and endless acts of cruelty created by the Trump Administration 

We can’t allow our families, friends and neighbors to live in despair especially during the Thanksgiving Holiday 

Be there for others in this difficult time in America
