One of our nation’s historical shortcomings is how our government and private sector has refused to value and integrate the genius of minorities into its policy and business strategies 

Rarely are minorities given the opportunity to articulate and create in the government areas ideas and models for our nation’s foreign policies and corporations 

There is never a situation where the genius of conflict resolution involves strategic perspectives of minorities to bring global wars and peace into reality 

The usual suspects are White Men with mediocre talents and hollow ideas which never create substantive outcomes 

America’s global impact and influence is weathered and impotent , with the Trump Administration the theme is isolation and the construction of a fortress America which is driven by attacks on immigration and internally a government that diminishes diversity and inclusion 

This regression produces reliance on diminishing the genius of multicultural and pluralistic perspectives inside our government 

Rather that evolve and grow the genius of a government that has a global impact based upon a foundation with pillars of diverse genius and intellectual capacity presently the Trump model makes our government our adversary just like our traditional allies are now positioned as our adversaries 

The Shrinking of America creates a trajectory of a nation in decline and lacking the capacity to reach any pinnacles of consequence that benefits the world
