Today a court in New York affirmed the right of Cultural Appropriation and created a state of immunity for artists that steal the creative works and processes of authentic artistic expression and the creative genius of original artistry
Literally billions of dollars have been stolen from indigenous and creative people often poor and of color

My initial disagreement with this statement above was altered by my previous statements that extended CULTURAL APPROPRIATION internationally.
I've made the case that the 'Black African' should copyright and then license their: HISTORY/ CULTURE/ ANCIENT RELIGIOUS BELIEFS - so that every time black American operatives appropriate it....

So I'll agree with you about the licensing of Native American iconography only if you extend this notion to Ancient Africa to regulate 'Political Performative Blackness'
