DEI Forever

Of late in America there is a campaign to get rid of DEI in all of its iterations in our educational institutions and in the marketplace both the public and private sectors.

Ignore this siren call and dismiss those who articulate the  hateful rhetoric that DEI is not necessary and in some twisted narrative it is anti White and UnAmerican and finally not needed in a post racial America. 

Of course the major proponents of the end of DEI in America are White folks and not just conservatives but also progressives and religious types.

Those who occupy the C suites in America know that diversity and inclusion are productive and profitable , yet it is necessary to coordinate and implement strategies to stop those seeking to end DEI in America , yet politics and cheerleading is necessary even now fading Trump Era of America .

Some of the underlying reasons that float the campaign to end DEI in our society are not new the usual belief that minorities especially Black people are inferior and lacking the ability to invent, create, lead are embedded into the support to end DEI in our nation.

America simply cannot be America without DEI
