Lindsey Graham the bigoted and senior senator of South Carolina died the other day and the backward and regressive governor appointed his sister to replace him in Congress
This is a tradition in American politics that continues to exist and deprives the voters of selecting a replacement candidate when the incumbent dies
Unfortunately it is another example of the failure of governance to evolve in America and is another legitimate reason for the decay and devolution of Democracy in America
