My collective is preparing a national letter to every major police department in America with regards to the execution of Tyre Nichols by the Memphis PD:
1. Condemn this incident
2. Issue a declaration to their citizens that there are no special units that target Black Americans in their respective police departments
3. Any law enforcement officer that engages in behaviour/activities that display contempt for the lawful rights of Black Americans will be summarily dismissed
