America has a legacy of ignoring the genius of its poor and minorities on fundamental issues that impacts the lives of both.
Observing Biden during his speech to the nation ignore the narrative that will transform and produce the most transformative police reforms in America was extremely disappointing.
DEFUND the POLICE (c) has been ridiculed, trashed and dismissed by every politician of every political stripe in America…. Biden as well as prominent Black leaders have rushed to condemn DFP. Conservatives and White Supremacists have shared agendas that seek to undermine and block DFP as well.
Black Activists like me and others of course don’t require permission, consent or approval to create outcomes that value promote and produce transformative solutions that enhance and the lives of Black Americans in America
On the souls of Black Americans that have been killed and brutalized by the police in America , We will continue to push the ‘DEFUND the POLICE’ narratives and proposals with a renewed focus and commitment to transformative police reforms in America
