Xenophobia of late in America is becoming increasingly close to mushrooming into racial segregation again in America.Texas and other states are seeking to pass legislation to prohibit real estate transactions with Chinese nationals
Not long ago European nationals purchased vast swaths of Texas real estate and there was no proposed state legislation to curtail or end such transactions then in Texas
In America for decades and decades there were racial covenants that banned real estate transactions that involved Black Americans in particular and other minorities. The wealth gap which continues today in America was built on the lawful and sanctioned inability of Black Americans to purchase homes and secure the foundation of growing wealth
Entire neighborhoods and communities in America still are impacted and contaminated by these racist covenants…
America cannot allow that to happen again
