Equality under the Law

 The White men who created the US Constitution drafted a racist and mediocre manifesto in fact it required 14 amendments to finally realize that Black people, Women and others were not fractional human beings nor were all human beings in America equals

Of course securing sovereignty and equality in America was no picnic , from Slavery to Separate but Equal to Disparate Treatment and other indignities , Equality under the law in America is not yet been fully achieved for All Americans 

Justice Jackson wrote, “Our country has never been colorblind. Given the lengthy history of state-sponsored race-based preferences in America, to say that anyone is now victimized if a college considers whether that legacy of discrimination has unequally advantaged its applicants fails to acknowledge the well documented ‘intergenerational transmission of inequality’ that still plagues our citizenry.”
